1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Blue Hour ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Blue Hour is a screen time management application that helps users reduce phone usage by blocking selected apps. The App uses Apple's Screen Time API to provide app blocking functionality.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blue Hour. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Account Registration
Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Blue Hour offers subscription-based premium features.
- Payment is processed through Apple's App Store. All billing is handled by Apple according to their terms.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Interfere with the App's security features
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Circumvent the App's blocking features in ways not intended by the design
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Blue Hour are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Blue Hour is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
The App is a tool to help manage screen time. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. If you have concerns about phone addiction or mental health, please consult a healthcare professional.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
